  2. Purpose, legal basis and period of processing. The personal data provided will be processed, depending on the content of the consent, for various purposes. The purpose of processing may be to provide access to websites run by the Administrator, to receive a newsletter, to ensure participation in the National Salary Survey, for marketing purposes or to contact in connection with an inquiry left in the form. The data is processed on the basis of voluntary consent and until its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In the case of purchases made in the online store, the data is processed in order to fulfill the order. The data may also be processed for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Administrator. The Administrator's legitimate interests include, in particular, marketing purposes, as well as the preparation of statistical studies (e.g. the use of data as part of the National Salary Survey).
  3. Data recipients. The recipients of the data may be employees and associates of the Administrator. Personal data is not transferred to any other entities, except for trusted partners providing services to the Administrator, e.g. hosting services. Entrusting data to trusted partners is based on data processing entrustment agreements concluded by the Administrator, guaranteeing protection at a level corresponding to the requirements of the GDPR.
  4. Rights of data subjects. The data subject has the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection, on the terms and under circumstances provided for in provisions of law, and provided that the provisions of law provide for the possibility of exercising these rights due to the nature of the data and the nature of processing.
  5. Obligation to provide data. Providing data is voluntary. However, due to the purpose and nature of the processing, the lack of consent to the processing will prevent the use of the functionalities offered by the Administrator on the portals run or the inability to be placed on the mailing list and receive messages from the Administrator's portals.
  6. Automatic processing. The administrator does not use the data for automated decision making. Based on the subpages viewed by users, the Administrator may process data on preferences (profiling) for marketing purposes of the Administrator's services, which is a justified purpose of data processing by the Administrator.
