Compensation consulting

In 1997, we were the first Polish consulting company to create a salary report. Since then, we have been helping our clients solve compensation and motivation problems to an ever growing extent. Our accumulated knowledge and experience inspired us to launch an internet portal dedicated to compensation issues in 2002. We discuss therein important issues such as job evaluation, bonuses, methods of motivation, as well as compensation strategies for different groups of professionals. Since 2006, we have organized the Krakow Compensation Forum – the largest annual conference dedicated to this issue.

Compensation consulting is one of our most important areas of activity. We utilize the latest global solutions and create as well as implement our own methods. We promote, among other things, a bonus system called “Bonus Bank”. We have also created the Polish Compensation Satisfaction Survey.
